Thursday Thirteen 2008

Today is the first day of 2009. So far it is starting out a lot better than 2008 started off! So I thought I would reminisce on the good and the bad.

13. Last year started out with Stoney having a severe case of pneumonia. He was sick for months and nearly needed surgery.

12. Right at the time Stoney had pneumonia, I was placed on strict bedrest due to my high risk pregnancy.

11. Speaking of pregnancy, I was pregnant with a girl!!!

10. Stoney got hired as a road cop! He goes to the academy this next month.

9. I went into preterm labor at 34 weeks and successfully had it stopped until Kambree was born at 37 weeks.

8. My parents split up after 25 1/2 years of marriage.

7. Sydnee had dental surgery to fix her teeth and eventually had another tooth pulled.

6. Sydnee was entered into early intervention to help with her articulation.

5. Isabelle started preschool. She has also learned to read and simple addition problems.

4. We made a trip to California to pick up my stepkids and to see Grandma and Grandpa!

3. We discovered that Ashley was still partially deaf in her left ear after thinking that her hearing cleared up on it's own since drs and the school never caught her hearing loss.

2.I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and haven't had any signs of endometriosis yet!

1. Kambree-Lynn Michelle was born June 17!!

Wow what a year! I'm glad it's over and look forward to an eventful 2009 just not AS eventful!
