It's Friday again!
Did you know that in Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the same thing as Casual Friday. So on Fridays, I like to keep it short and sweet. I will ask a question and you can answer with a short response. Don't worry about writing a book of a comment. We wouldn't want you taking time from your weekend plans! With Mother's Day coming up, I thought I'd incorporate that!
What is the best Mother's Day gift you have received?
I think the best gift I have received was the handprint poem and handprint bouquet. I love seeing their art work! I also loved the plastic breakfast in bed that came along with it!

Many years ago, those little plagues with my children's hand prints on them.
I haven't gotten a mothers day present yet...this is my first year being a mom! But I hope its something good!
This is only my 4th mother's day, but my very best Mother's Day gift was last year, when my son Quinn was born! Didn't even care too much about all that labor that ended in a c-section anyway!
I've only had 3 of them. So far probably a gift certificate to the spa. But I so look forward to the hand made gifts!
This will be my first Mother's day. Right now I'm thinking my sweet girl is the best gift but my Hubby is pretty thoughtful so he will probably come up with something good.
I'm not so sure it was the best but, I once had a cat that brought me a small yellow bird. It was the only mother's day gift I got that year ...
I have loved all of them throughout the years, especially the hand made ones.
So far? Nothing. lol
Last year was my first Mother's Day and I got a big fat nada from Hubs. :(
This year is gonna be so much better! I bought myself a necklace on Esty with my daughter's names hammered into it. Can't wait to get it in the mail!
On my very first Mother's Day, my son was taken off life support & was able to breathe w/o the ventilator. Was & still is the best Mother's Day ever.
My Canon Rebel XTi I got for myself from my mom after she died. I'm so glad to have sold that camera to someone I know so I can still make sure it's being treated well. Is that weird? LOL!
A handwritten card (scribbling) from my son when he was two.
