A sign I need a vacation!

I took the kids to the store since I thought the wind had FINALLY slowed down a little. The kids were pretty good throughout the run through the store. But when we get to the car, I unlock the doors and the friendly bagger loads my trunk for me. Yes, we still have wonderful people to carry our groceries out. Well I get all the girls buckled in and no screaming. GO MAMA! As I walk around to my door, I'm glad the snow stopped for a few minutes. Then I reach down to the door handle and it hits me! While I was buckling Kambree in, my ever so funny 3 year old locked the doors! So I start to feel for my keys. Nope, nothing in my pockets. But hey, wait, there is something shining on my seat. Yep, my keys are laying right there on my seat. My spare set of keys are hanging up on key rack at home. Only 4 blocks away. My cell phone is sitting on the counter right under my spare set. That's when I realized that Isabelle only had her top clip done. Well she can't undo it on her own but I had hope that she could wiggle out! So here is this crazed mama screaming to wiggle out and SHOWING her how to do it! A total vado moment! If only it weren't at home on my computer! It took her a few minutes but she made it! She unlocked the doors and we finally made it home. Now it's off to rumville for me!

It's NOT Fair!

Ok so as a mom, there are definitely phrases that will be heard regularly. In the past 24 hours, I've heard "It's Not Fair" and "It Wasn't Me". I remember saying these growing up NUMEROUS times! I used to hate it when I'd get in trouble for saying "It wasn't me". I'd storm into my bedroom yelling how "It's not fair". I have learned one thing as a mom, life is NEVER fair. But the best way to be fair is to move Not Me out of the house. Now how do I get this accomplished? Whoever this person is, we didn't invite them to move in. I also have yet to meet this person that is wrecking my house. This person is the cause of the big red spot in my living room that just occurred within 24 hours of shampooing the carpets. This person has wrote on several walls leading me to buying stock in magic erasers! It's also the same person that causes my children to argue. I wish someone would let me know who I'm looking for exactly so I can get this person out! :) Any other mamas dealing with NOT ME takeover! I just want to stomp my feet and yell at the top of my lungs "It's NOT Fair!"

YAY! so accomplished!

WOOHOOO I just have to say that today is the first day I actually feel great this week. Nevermind the constant fussing from Miss Kam cause she needs mama. Nevermind my accident prone Sydnee. I got up, showered, got the kids all dressed before 10! We fed the horse this morning then came back home to hang out and rest. I got the house cleaned while we rested. (It was pretty trashed yesterday.) But I fired the maid so Yay me! LOL.

I took myself and Kam to the dr today. Kam has a double ear infection. She was 16 lbs 5 ozs so the exact same weight that she was in January. Her o2 was 96 so that's good. Her lungs were also clear. But he said with the way RSV is around here right now, I have to bring her back on Friday if she's not improving with the antibiotics. I do have to bring her in immediately if she gets any worse though. I can't give her any solids cause she gags and throws it up. I have a sinus infection that is pretty nasty. So he gave me a zpack and hopefully I will be back to myself by Friday. If not I have to go back in. I just hope this is it!

After all that I ran to the store and got stuff to get us through a couple of days. I actually made dinner instead of reheating or pizza. Plus I got laundry done today! I have ONE load to finish! My goal is to have everything done Friday so when Stoney comes home, it's time to RELAX!

2 days in a row!

Can you believe it! I am posting 2 whole days in a row! You all should be so proud of me. :) Now this one will take a little longer to type as I'm eating a popsicle. For some reason I can't seem to suck on the thing without holding it. Anyone else have that problem?

So this morning, Stoney brings Sydnee BACK to Ashley's room to sleep when he gets off. 2 hours later, she's screaming bloody murder. So I jump up in a panic and run to the room. I calm her down and realize he left his radio on and it went off scaring the bejeebies out of her. So we sit down and cuddle in my computer chair. When I hear Kambree cough and gag. I look over and she just spit up pretty good with a lot of nasty mucous. I know the mucous is just nasal crap. But still NASTY! So I plan on just sitting here and hanging out. Then I get a phone call from my MIL. OOPS I forgot Stoney's cousin's bridal shower was today! So I told her that I wasn't going to make it because Kambree wasn't feeling well. But she said "Not a lot of people are here." So feeling bad I decide well shoot I'll go. I got the girls dressed and ran up there. Neat and great.

Fast forward to coming home. It was 1pm. Stoney was still freaking sleeping! I wake him up and he tells me he even slept at work. MUST BE NICE! I want some sleep! LOL We hung out and watched Vantage Point. Good show. But now I'm just sitting here. Probably just going to play a game and see if I can run Sydnee out of this abundance of energy she seems to have. Where the hell does she get it? As of right now, she's running Naked with popsicle sticks up her nose. @@ Where on Earth does she come up with this stuff!

Okay I had to get the boppy so I can feed Kambree. This is seriously the best invention EVER! Well besides the sling and a few other things that aren't really parenting related. and whoever thinks that sounds dirty needs to pick their minds out of the gutter. Tonight looks like it's going to be one of those long nights that I wish I was at work and Stoney was home. Thank God for Animal Planet. Sydnee loves to watch the chimps. She just doesn't care for the commercials. How many 2 years olds scream when a commercial comes on? Ok now it's time for you to wake up and go look something else up. :)
